Decluttering update

I bet you're reading this thinking I'm actually here to report back on all sorts of wonderful things being done. Nope. I've been neglecting the blog because I haven't started decluttering yet! I have been pulling up nails and chipping away some of the plywood that was left behind when we pulled up the kitchen floors. I'll post some pics someday so you will see that it's actually impressive. lol

Everything is the same. We're talking about starting up on some of the bigger projects (ceiling in back room, finishing the other 2 bedrooms upstairs etc). It's been two months since I've done any big projects, a bit longer than that for Yen. I suppose it's time to get back at it. I am pretty tired of doing all this stuff and would like it to just be DONE.

In other news, we're still having odd winter weather. We seem to hover around 3-5 inches of snow. It doesn't seem to snow much when it does and then it starts melting within a couple days. We have really cold weather (last night it was in the -20C range) and then a couple days later it will warm up again. We have a crazy amount of ice between our house and the neighbours. Between our dryer vent and their eaves draining, there's a lot of melting/freezing going on.

February seems to be going by so fast! Before we know it, true spring will be here!
